Understanding Status Indicators

Each display shows colored indicators so you can quickly see what's happening:

Status What It Means
Live Display is online and connected to the internet
Offline Display is not connected (turned off or no internet)
Sync Display has the latest content and is playing correctly
Out of Sync New content is waiting to download

Offline Playback
Once content is downloaded, it keeps playing even if internet goes out. Displays only need to be online to receive new content.

Changing Display Content

Find Your Display
Go to Displays and locate the screen you want to update.

Click the Replace Icon
In the "Now Playing" column, click the small icon next to the current content.

Select New Content
Choose a media file, playlist, or schedule.

Save
Click Save and the new content starts playing within a minute.

Remote Controls

Live Snapshot
Capture a screenshot of what's currently playing on supported devices.
Remote Reboot
Restart displays remotely without physical access.
Power Schedule
Set displays to turn on and off automatically at specific times.
Replace Display
Swap hardware while keeping all settings and playlists intact.
