Available Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to everything including user management and billing. |
| Editor | Create and edit content, playlists, and schedules. Cannot manage users. |
| Viewer | View content and reports only. Cannot make changes. |
Inviting Users

Go to Users
Click "Users" in the left sidebar (Admin only).

Click "+ Invite User"
Enter their email address.

Select Role
Choose Admin, Editor, or Viewer.

Send Invite
They'll receive an email to set up their account.
