User Roles & Permissions

Control what each team member can see and do. Create users and assign each one a role that matches their responsibilities.

Roles

• Admin — Full access to everything. Can manage users and settings.
• Broadcast Manager — Can create and publish content; edit playlists and layouts.
• Display Manager — Can add displays and assign content; view display status.
• Content Manager — Can upload and organize media; cannot publish to displays.
• POP Manager — Can generate and download proof-of-play reports only.
• CMS Viewer — Read-only access. Can view but cannot make changes.
