Amazon Signage Stick Setup Guide

Mobile App Setup (Recommended)

1. What you’ll need

   • Your Amazon Signage Stick, power cable, power adapter (and optional HDMI extender)
   • A TV or display with an HDMI port that supports HDCP
   • A mobile device with Bluetooth enabled and internet access
   • Your Wi-Fi name and password (must be password-protected)
   • An Amazon account

2. Power the Signage Stick

   • Plug in your Signage Stick to power and into the HDMI port.

3. Download and open the Amazon Signage App

   • iOS: App Store link
   • Android: Google Play link

4. Sign in with your Amazon account

   • If it’s your first setup, this creates your organization automatically.
   • For additional sticks, sign in with the same account.

5. Tap “+” to add a Signage Stick

   The app scans for nearby unpaired Signage Sticks using Bluetooth.

6. Connect to Wi-Fi and select your Brix Signage

   • Ensure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network the Signage Stick will use.
   • Choose Brix Signage and save these settings as a profile for future Signage Sticks.

7. Wait for installation

   The Signage Stick will update and install your CMS. This may take about 5–10 minutes.

8. Assign a location (optional)

   You can organize Signage Sticks by location or skip this step.

9. Finish setup

   • When the app shows “Got it,” your Signage Stick is ready.
   • Connect it to your display and confirm that your Brix appears on-screen.
