Before you pay

Trial, contract and cancelling.

What happens when the free trial ends?

The trial is 7 days with every feature and no card. A small Brix logo shows on your screens until you pay. Choose a plan in Settings > Billing to keep going. Without one, the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Is there a contract?

Monthly billing has no contract. Annual billing is paid a year at a time: $72 per screen. You can move from monthly to annual at any time.

Is there a volume discount?

No. Every screen is $6 a month on annual billing, at any count. There are no tiers to climb either, so the price at 500 screens is the price you see here.

What counts as a screen?

Each display that runs Brix uses one screen licence. Settings > Billing shows how many you pay for, how many are in use and how many are spare. Hardware is not included: an Amazon Signage Stick is $99.99, and a TV with Google TV built in needs nothing extra.

How can I pay?

By card or by bank account (ACH). Your finance team can pay any invoice from a pay-link, by card or bank debit, without a Brix login. For larger rollouts, invoice billing is available by arrangement with the Brix team.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, in Settings > Billing, with no call. Your screens keep working until the cancellation date shown there. Closed for a season? Pause instead: billing stops, everything stays set up, and the account restarts on the date you pick, up to 12 months away.

Can someone help us set up?

Yes. Support is US-based, in Los Angeles, 7 days a week, at no extra cost. Near Los Angeles, we can help set up your first screens in person.

What do partners and resellers pay?

$6 per screen a month wholesale, billed as $72 per screen a year, with no minimum screens. Your branding, your pricing: charge clients whatever you like. See the partner program.
