ScreenCloud's Core plan costs $20 per screen per month billed annually, or $24 billed monthly. Pro costs $30 per screen per month billed annually, or $36 billed monthly. Enterprise is priced by quote from ScreenCloud's sales team, and typically comes in around $40 per screen per month, billed annually.
You do not have to buy ScreenCloud's own player. Its hardware page says it works with the players you already have. Its two players, PIXI ($95) and the ScreenCloud OS player ($199), are optional.
Prices below are from ScreenCloud's pricing page.

What Core includes
Core is the base plan. Per the plan grid, it includes:
- Screen management and unlimited file storage.
- Remote device management.
- The GraphQL API.
- Web links.
- Unlimited users.
- Design templates.
- 80+ apps and integrations.
- Standard support and the uptime commitment.
Core does not include proof of play, user audit logs, custom user permissions, dashboards or premium apps. Those start at Pro.
What Pro adds
Pro includes everything in Core, plus:
- Dashboards and embeddable channels.
- QR code metrics.
- ScreenCloud Touch (interactive screens).
- User audit logs and proof of play logs.
- Custom user permissions.
- Lockable design templates and custom fonts.
- Premium apps: Firstup, Awardco, Simpplr, Unily, Staffbase, Broadcast (live video), LumApps, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Emergency Alerts (CAP), Team News and Dashboards.
Pro keeps standard support. Premium support is Enterprise only.
What Enterprise adds
ScreenCloud describes Enterprise as "Advanced security, control and support for large-scale deployments." You contact sales by email or phone (+1 888 557 5328 in the US and Canada).
Enterprise quotes typically land around $40 per screen per month, billed annually: $16,800 a year at the 35-screen minimum, or $48,000 a year at 100 screens. The figure is not published and moves with screen count, term length and what you negotiate, so treat it as a starting point for your budget, not a fixed price.
Over Pro, the plan grid adds:
- Single sign-on (SSO).
- Enhanced user audit logs.
- Premium support.
- A customer success manager.
- Onboarding and training.
- Professional design support.
- A free device on an annual plan.
ScreenCloud's SSO help article says Enterprise needs a minimum of 35 screens, billed annually. SSO uses SAML 2.0, with Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure and LDAP listed. The Okta guide also covers SCIM user provisioning.
The annual deal: a free device or the discount, not both
Each annual plan has a switch with two choices:
- Discount (the default): Core $20, Pro $30 per screen per month, billed annually.
- Free Device: Core $24, Pro $36 per screen per month, billed annually. That is the monthly rate, paid a year ahead, with a device included.
So the free device costs you the discount: $48 per screen per year on Core, $72 on Pro. A PIXI bought outright costs $95. The PIXI page says "Choose an annual plan and your PIXI player is included free."
Two limits from the pricing page FAQ:
- The device or discount offer is for new customers only.
- It does not apply when you renew an annual plan or add more screens.
Monthly plans get no device and no discount.
What 5 to 100 screens cost
On Core and Pro the per-screen price stays the same at any screen count. There is no published volume discount. All annual figures use the Discount option.
| Screens | Core, annual | Core, monthly | Pro, annual | Pro, monthly | Brix, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $1,200/yr | $1,440/yr | $1,800/yr | $2,160/yr | $360/yr |
| 10 | $2,400/yr | $2,880/yr | $3,600/yr | $4,320/yr | $720/yr |
| 25 | $6,000/yr | $7,200/yr | $9,000/yr | $10,800/yr | $1,800/yr |
| 100 | $24,000/yr | $28,800/yr | $36,000/yr | $43,200/yr | $7,200/yr |
Annual billing saves $48 per screen per year on Core and $72 per screen per year on Pro. At 100 screens, that is $4,800 a year on Core and $7,200 a year on Pro.
Worked example, 10 screens, first year, with a player per screen:
- ScreenCloud Core, annual with the discount, plus 10 PIXI players: $2,400 + $950 = $3,350.
- ScreenCloud Core, annual with the Free Device option: $2,880.
- Brix, annual, plus 10 Amazon Signage Sticks: $720 + $999.90 = $1,719.90.
Prices in GBP, EUR and CAD
The pricing page has a currency menu. Per screen per month:
| Currency | Core, annual | Core, monthly | Pro, annual | Pro, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GBP | £16 | £18 | £24 | £29 |
| EUR | €18 | €21 | €27 | €32 |
| CAD | $27 | $32 | $40 | $47 |
The annual saving shows as "up to 17%" in GBP and "up to 15%" in EUR and CAD. UK and EU buyers call +44 (0)20 3808 5585 for Enterprise.
Contract terms, payment and discounts
From ScreenCloud's billing help article and its cancellation article:
- What you pay for: each paired screen is one licence. Offline screens still count. Test or preview screens do not.
- Adding screens: billed at once, pro rata for the rest of the term.
- Removing screens: the lower count takes effect at the next billing cycle.
- Switching plans: monthly to annual applies your credit. Annual to monthly only at the end of the annual term.
- Trial default: new accounts default to annual billing during the trial.
- Trial end: your content stays, but screens stop until you add a card or a payment plan.
- Cancelling: monthly plans before the next term starts; annual plans with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fee. Enterprise cancels through its account manager.
- Pausing: up to 12 months with no billing (choose "Seasonal Business" as the reason).
- Payment: card (through Stripe), PayPal, GoCardless direct debit, or an annual invoice (purchase order, wire, BACS). No cheques.
- Invoice minimum: the annual invoice plan needs at least 5 screens. It has a 15-day window to cancel for a refund.
- Education and nonprofit discount: 5% off software licences, one discount per account, not on hardware. Schools send their website; nonprofits send proof such as a 501(c) letter.

- Buying: online up to 25 devices; above 25, through sales. CDW also lists it.
FCC filing: the base model is on file as FCC ID 2AXTJ-STATION-P1, filed by Firefly Intelligent Technology and granted on October 17, 2020. That filing's manual lists the same 124.4 x 79 x 31.6 mm case, RK3399, 4 GB and 32 GB, but 2.4 GHz-only Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth 4.2. The Pro's dual-band Wi-Fi 5 is the upgrade over that base model; Firefly has no separate FCC ID on file for the Pro.
PIXI or the ScreenCloud OS player?
ScreenCloud's hardware guide puts it this way: PIXI for simple, budget setups; the ScreenCloud OS player for advanced networks, multi-zone layouts and data-heavy apps.
- Pick PIXI for a standard network, single-zone content and the lowest price.
- Pick the ScreenCloud OS player for a corporate network, Gigabit wiring, 4K rendering, or turning TVs on and off from the dashboard.
Players ScreenCloud runs on
ScreenCloud's supported devices list covers:
- Amazon Signage Stick and Fire TV.
- Android 7.1.2 and later, including Chromecast with Google TV.
- ChromeOS 140 and later.
- Windows and macOS.
- iPadOS.
- LG webOS Signage 6.0 (commercial displays, not LG consumer TVs).
- Samsung Tizen SSSP10 (commercial displays).
- BrightSign OS 8 and later.
There is no Roku app, and Apple TV works only by AirPlay from an iPhone or iPad.
How ScreenCloud compares on price
Per screen per month, from each vendor's pricing page:
- Yodeck Basic: $8, the same billed annually or monthly.
- OptiSigns Standard: $9 billed annually, or $10 billed monthly.
- Brix: $6 billed annually, or $8 billed monthly.
- ScreenCloud Core: $20 billed annually, or $24 billed monthly.
Yodeck's 2026 price change covers Yodeck's tiers. The digital signage software roundup compares 14 platforms on price and features.
Where Brix fits
Brix has one plan: $6 per screen per month billed annually, or $8 billed monthly, in every hosting region. Proof of play, roles, approvals and the audit log are on that plan, so you do not move up a tier to get them.
- Trial: 7 days, no card. ScreenCloud's trial is longer, at 14 days, also with no card.
- Player: Brix is designed around the Amazon Signage Stick, $99.99. Setup takes about 10 minutes. Across the Signage Sticks running Brix, a typical Stick has about 10.7 GB free for content.
- Wired network: the Stick has no Ethernet port. It takes Amazon's micro-USB Ethernet Adapter, $14.99. PIXI and the ScreenCloud OS player have Ethernet built in.
- TV power: the Stick turns the TV off over HDMI-CEC outside the screen's hours, set from the CMS.
- Other players: Fire TV, Android boxes, TVs with Google TV built in, and Windows.
- SSO: Brix has SSO through OIDC, on its one plan. ScreenCloud's SSO is SAML on Enterprise.
- Switching: free migration, usually in a day. We move your content, playlists and screens for you.
- Support: 24/7.
ScreenCloud is the better pick when:
- Your identity team requires SAML or SCIM. Brix supports OIDC only.
- You need its internal-comms apps, such as Staffbase, Firstup, SharePoint or Power BI.
- You run on BrightSign or LG webOS Signage players. Brix has no player for either.
- You want a named customer success manager and are buying at Enterprise scale.
