OptiSigns costs $9 to $45 per screen a month, across five plans, checked on OptiSigns' own pricing page September 28, 2026. Annual billing saves 10% over paying monthly on every paid plan. Enterprise has a 25-screen minimum, so a small fleet pays for screens it does not use.

What does OptiSigns really cost at 10, 25 and 50 screens?

Per-screen prices do not show what a fleet actually pays. Here is the annual bill, billed annually, at three screen counts:

ScreensStandardPro PlusEngageEnterprise
10$1,080$1,620$3,240$12,150 (billed for 25)
25$2,700$4,050$8,100$12,150
50$5,400$8,100$16,200$24,300

The Enterprise row is the catch. OptiSigns bills Enterprise for 25 screens minimum, whatever you connect. At 10 screens, the $12,150 annual bill works out to $1,215 per screen you actually use, not $405 ($40.50 x 12). The minimum stops mattering only once you reach 25 screens, where every seat is in use. A fleet that grows from 10 screens to 25 within a year pays no more for Enterprise. The fleet was already paying for the 15 screens it had not yet connected.

There is no volume discount band between tiers. The only per-screen saving is the 10% for paying annually instead of monthly, on Standard, Pro Plus and Engage alike. A fleet of 200 screens on Standard still pays $9 a screen, the same rate as a fleet of 10.

Which OptiSigns plan do you need?

  • Scheduling and apps on one site, no approval step: Standard.
  • Multiple people add content and something needs sign-off before it goes live: Pro Plus.
  • Interactive kiosks, QR scan-to-interact or check-in screens: Engage.
  • 25 or more screens under one IT-managed rollout, or you need the API: Enterprise.
  • Comparing further than OptiSigns: see OptiSigns alternatives for other vendors at each of these jobs.

What do the add-ons cost?

OptiSigns' pricing page lists three paid add-ons, each billed on top of a plan:

  • Video wall: spans one layout across several screens.
  • Background music: plays audio behind the content on a screen.
  • Wireless presentation: lets a laptop or phone cast to a screen in a meeting room.

OptiSigns does not publish exact figures for every add-on and region on the page we checked. Confirm the current add-on prices on OptiSigns' own pricing page before you budget for one.

Does OptiSigns sell hardware?

Yes. OptiSigns sells its own players: the OptiStick ($99.99), the Pro Player ($349) and the ProMax Player ($799), on top of a plan's price. OptiSigns also runs on hardware you already own, including the Amazon Signage Stick ($99.99), Windows, Linux and Raspberry Pi. If you already own a Signage Stick, see Amazon Signage Stick vs OptiSigns Player for how the two compare on the same device.

Is OptiSigns worth it?

Standard, at $9 a screen billed annually, is a fair price for playlists, scheduling and OptiSigns' app library on a single site. The jump that costs the most is Pro Plus, at $13.50, for roles, approval, proof of play, an audit log and SSO. Those are the features most buyers with more than one person managing screens actually need. Engage ($27) and Enterprise ($40.50, 25-screen minimum) are built for interactive kiosks and large, IT-managed rollouts, and price accordingly.

A platform billed the same way (one plan, one currency, annual price first) is easier to budget against than a five-tier ladder. Yodeck is another vendor priced that way, for comparison.

Where Brix fits

Brix costs $6 per screen per month, billed annually, or $8 per screen per month, billed monthly, on one plan. Every screen gets the same custom roles, approval workflow, proof of play, audit log and API, from the first screen to the thousandth. There is no 25-screen minimum and no separate tier to unlock approvals or proof of play.

The trade-offs run the other way too. OptiSigns has no equivalent to Brix's price. There is no free screen on Brix. OptiSigns' 100+ apps and interactive kiosk tools (Engage) go further than Brix's app library for that job. OptiSigns also ships SAML single sign-on; Brix supports single sign-on through OpenID Connect only. Both platforms run on the Amazon Signage Stick, so switching does not force a hardware change.

At 10 screens needing roles and approval, Brix costs $720 a year billed annually (10 x $6 x 12). The same 10 screens on OptiSigns Pro Plus cost $1,620 a year, more than double, for a similar set of team features. Full details, including what is on every plan, are on the Brix pricing page.

FAQ

Does OptiSigns have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 screens, 1 GB of storage and 25 basic apps, with the OptiSigns logo on screen. The plan never expires and needs no card.

Does OptiSigns have a $12.50 "Pro" plan?

No. A "Pro" tier at $12.50 a month ($11.25 billed annually) exists only in hidden code on the OptiSigns pricing page. The hidden tier does not render as a plan you can select. The real middle tier is Pro Plus, at $15 a month or $13.50 billed annually.

Is OptiSigns cheaper billed annually or monthly?

Annually. Every paid plan is 10% cheaper per screen when billed annually instead of month to month. Standard, for example, drops from $10 to $9 a screen.

What is the OptiSigns Enterprise screen minimum?

25 screens. OptiSigns bills Enterprise for 25 screens even if you connect fewer. The plan reaches its $40.50 per-screen rate only once your fleet is at or above that floor.

Can I run OptiSigns on hardware I already own?

Yes, on supported devices such as the Amazon Signage Stick, Windows, Linux and Raspberry Pi, alongside OptiSigns' own OptiStick, Pro Player and ProMax Player.
