Media Library

Upload, organize, and manage all your content in one place. Everything you put on a screen starts in the Media library.

What you can do

• Upload media — drag and drop files or click to browse. Supports images, videos, and HTML.
• Set expiry dates — make content appear and disappear automatically on specific dates.
• Replace files — swap out old content while keeping all your playlist settings intact.
• Organize in folders — keep your library tidy by grouping files into folders.

Uploading media

1. Go to Media — Click "Media" in the left sidebar.
2. Click "+ Upload Media" — It's the blue button in the top-right corner.
3. Select files — Choose one or more files from your computer. You can select multiple at once.
4. Click Upload — Your files are processed and added to the library.

Adding media to playlists

Once uploaded, you can quickly add media to one or more playlists at the same time.
