The cheapest way to run digital signage on 30 screens is low per-screen software on annual billing plus players you do not pay for. The lowest list price is DigitalSignage.com mediaCLOUD+ at $3 per screen per month ($1,080 a year). Brix costs $2,160 a year for 30 screens, and Amazon provides the Signage Sticks free for rollouts of 30 or more screens. Brix arranges the Sticks with Amazon: talk to our team about your rollout.

What does software cost for 30 screens?

The lowest published plan of each vendor, from its own pricing page, read in September 2026:

Vendor and planPer screen30 screens per year
DigitalSignage.com mediaCLOUD+$3 per month$1,080
PosterBooking Free (watermark)first 10 screens free, then $6.49 per month$1,557.60
Brix$6 per month, billed yearly ($8 month to month)$2,160
Kitcast Starter$7 per month, billed annually$2,520
Yodeck Basic$8 per month$2,880
TelemetryTV Entry$8 per month, annual$2,880

ScreenCloud Core$20 per month, billed annually$7,200
Carousel Digital Signage Pro$22 per month (30-player minimum)$7,920
Screenly Business$24 per month, billed annually$8,640

On monthly billing, Brix is $8 per screen, or $2,880 a year for 30. Annual billing saves $720 a year at 30 screens.

What do 30 screens cost with roles and approvals?

At 30 screens you usually have several sites and several people making changes. Then you need user roles by location (a store manager sees only their store) and content approval. Many vendors keep those off the entry plan. The plan each vendor needs for custom roles, from its pricing page and help center (read September 2026):

Vendor and planRolesApproval before content playsPer screen, billed annually30 screens per year
Brix (one plan)Custom roles at chosen locationsYes$6$2,160
Kitcast ProAdvanced roles and permissionsYes (Author role)$10$3,600
OptiSigns Pro PlusCustom rolesYes$13.50$4,860
Yodeck EnterpriseCustom roles, a role per workspaceNo queue: a restricted role cannot publish$16$5,760
NoviSign PremiumPer-user restrictionsYes$25$9,000
ScreenCloud ProCustom roles per spaceNot documented$30$10,800

DigitalSignage.com and PosterBooking are the cheapest on list price, but check their user and approval features against your needs before you compare. See user permissions by location for what to test. For the cheapest plans at any screen count, see cheap digital signage software compared.

What does the player cost?

Amazon provides Signage Sticks free for rollouts of 30 or more screens. No Brix plan includes a Stick. Bought, a Stick costs $99.99, and $94.99 each in quantities of 10 or more, so 30 cost $2,849.70. See the free Signage Stick rules.

Other vendors' players: Yodeck includes its own player free with an annual plan, OptiSigns sells the OptiStick at $99.99, and ScreenCloud sells the PIXI at $95. A player tied to one vendor must be replaced if you change software. The Amazon Signage Stick, Fire TV and Android boxes run many vendors' apps.

What is the total for 30 screens?

On TVs you already own:

SetupPlayers (once)Software per yearYear oneThree years
Brix + free Sticks (30+ rollout)$0$2,160$2,160$6,480
Brix + Sticks bought (10+ price)$2,849.70$2,160$5,009.70$9,329.70
Yodeck Basic + Yodeck Player (free on annual)$0$2,880$2,880$8,640
OptiSigns Standard + OptiStick Player ($99.99)$2,999.70$3,240$6,239.70$12,719.70
ScreenCloud Core + PIXI player ($95)$2,850$7,200$10,050$24,450

Add for every row: Amazon's micro-USB Ethernet Adapter if you use cable ($14.99 each), mounts and HDMI cables for TVs not yet on a wall, and setup time. A Stick takes about 10 minutes to set up and pair, so about five hours for 30.

After year one only software repeats. On 30 screens each $1 per screen per month is $360 a year. A consumer TV works for most indoor screens; a commercial display is for a window or outdoors.

How do you run 30 screens from one account?

Pair each screen once, then control all 30 from the Screens list. A new screen follows "Standard hours" (6:00 am to 11:00 pm), and the Stick turns the TV off over HDMI-CEC outside them. Select several screens and the bulk bar lets you Change content, Reboot, Clear cache or set Operating hours.

To pair a Stick, pick Brix Signage in its setup, then in the CMS go to Screens, Add screen, Pair a hardware device and type the code. See the setup guide. Brix runs on the Signage Stick, Fire TV and Android boxes such as the Walmart onn, in one account.

Brix is not the fit for every screen. A synchronized video wall needs players and software built for walls, and touch kiosks need touch software. Brix has no app for Samsung Tizen or LG webOS TVs, so those TVs need a player in the HDMI port.

You can start with one screen: Brix charges per screen, with a 7-day free trial and no card. For the 30-screen rollout and the free Sticks, book a call with our team and bring your screen count.
